Total assets include total earning assets, cash and due from banks, foreclosed real estate, fixed assets, goodwill, other intangibles, current tax assets, deferred tax, discontinued operations and other assets. Raw data are from Bankscope and Orbis. The formula applied to Bankscope is (sum(data2025) for the five largest banks in Bankscope) / (sum(data2025) for all banks) and a comparable approach is applied to Orbis. Calculated from underlying bank-by-bank unconsolidated data from Bankscope and Orbis.
