2.2 Consistency with the external debt liabilities of the International Investment Position (IIP)No - Only provide Table 1 and 2 of QEDS. The data provided consists of the government's foreign currency loans and bonds.
2.3 Additional Information on Concepts, Definitions and ScopeData provided in QEDS includes Lebanon's "Foreign Currency Public Debt" rather than "External Public Debt". It consists of Contacted Loans, Eurobonds, and Special Bonds (Bonds for contractors and expropriation bonds) which are all in foreign currencies. A big percentage of Eurobonds is held by local banks. The amount of Lebanese Treasury Securities held by nonresidents is not included in the tables of QEDS but specified in a footnote.
