2.3 Additional Information on Concepts, Definitions and Scope(i) The data compilation process start with the extraction of loan details from agreement which are then enter into the Commonwealth Secretariat Debt Recording and Managment System (CS-DRMS). After the recording the transactions are recocilied and subsequently approved the designated authority. (ii) For the preparation of the QQEDS report, the software data export module is used to populated the needed talables.
